A standing invitation to correct or respond

CFI Jose E. Capellan and GEM Aviation maintain a standing right of reply. The goal is a fair factual account, not a one-sided accusation page.

Response policy

If CFI Jose E. Capellan or GEM Aviation identifies a material factual error, provides additional primary evidence, or submits a response, I will review it against the underlying record and make appropriate corrections or updates.

Material responses will be published with reasonable prominence, subject to privacy, relevance, and length considerations.

Factual corrections

A claimed factual error should identify the exact statement, explain the correction, and provide a supporting primary record where available. Material corrections will be logged publicly.

Written responses

A relevant written response from GEM or CFI Jose E. Capellan will be considered for publication with reasonable prominence. Private information and unrelated accusations may be redacted or omitted.

No public comments

This site does not host public comments and will not publish unverified third-party accusations. The evidence archive concerns my own firsthand experience.

Privacy and safety

Responses should not include personal phone numbers, home addresses, account data, family information, or identifying details about uninvolved third parties.
